Cancelations, Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Defective Items
Customers must notify Fennah.co of any defective items within 48 hours of receiving their shipment. If no notification is received within this period, the item will be considered delivered in good condition.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for items that are defective or not as described. Once approved by the Fennah.co team, items must be returned within 7 days in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with original tags attached.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted if an item is defective or not as described. Once approved by the Fennah.co team, the item must be returned within 7 days, in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached.
Eligible refunds will be processed back to the same credit/debit card used for purchase. For payments made via bank transfer, refunds will be issued as store credit.
Returns and refunds will not be granted for orders refused upon delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, but may take up to 30 days to reflect. Refunds will be issued net of any bank processing fees.
