Returns and Refunds

Returns are only allowed if an item is defective or not as described. Once the return is approved by Fennah.co team, Items should be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags attached. 

Customers would be eligible for a refund, which would be made back to their same credit/debit cards. In the event a payment was done through bank transfer, the refund will be done through a credit from Fennah.co

Returns and refunds are not applicable for refusing to accept delivery of an order.
